BIGBANG to Mark 20th Anniversary With New Single 'BiiiG'

BIGBANG is celebrating its 20th debut anniversary with new music, setting Aug. 19 as the release date for the digital single "BiiiG."

The group revealed the news through a title poster featuring blue, red and yellow beams cutting through a dark backdrop, with the members' silhouettes positioned beneath them. The visual also offered the first look at the single's stylized title, which plays on the word "big" and directly references BIGBANG's name and identity.

"BiiiG" will be BIGBANG's first new release in more than four years, following the April 2022 digital single "Still Life." The track topped major charts in Korea and abroad despite the group carrying out no traditional broadcast promotions.

The new single will also arrive just two days before BIGBANG launches its 20th-anniversary world tour, "BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR <XX : COSMOS>." Beginning in Goyang on Aug. 21, the tour currently spans 33 shows across 19 cities in North America, Europe, Oceania and Asia, with additional stops expected to be announced.

Two decades after debuting, BIGBANG's anniversary year will bring together new music and the group's first large-scale global tour in years.
