NCT 127 to Preview New Track 'Piñata' With Track Video

NCT 127 will offer another preview of its upcoming seventh full-length album, "BLINGY," with a track video for B-side "Piñata."

Set for release Aug. 11 at 6 p.m. KST, "Piñata" blends rock and hip-hop through distorted electric guitar, funky bass and breakbeat-style drums. An explosive guitar solo and rap chants drive the track, while the lyrics compare NCT 127's energy onstage to breaking open a piñata and turning the performance into a celebration.

A teaser released ahead of the full video shows the members racing through Seoul at night, continuing the "Seoul troubleshooters" storyline introduced through the album's earlier promotional content.

NCT 127 will release "BLINGY" on Aug. 24 at 6 p.m. KST. The nine-track album includes "Piñata" alongside the title track "Blingy."

The group will follow the release with the "NCT 127 THE 7TH ALBUM 'BLINGY' COMEBACK LIVE PARTY" at KINTEX in Goyang on Aug. 25, where it is set to perform new material from the album.
