ENHYPEN has topped both domestic and global K-pop power indexes with its first release as a six-member group. The comeback shows the group embracing a new sound while maintaining a strong fanbase following a lineup change.

According to the K-pop analytics index K-POPIT BOARD, ENHYPEN ranked first on the domestic Power Index (PWR(KR)) with 76.1 points as of Aug. 24. The group also led the Global Power Index (PWR(GL)) with 73.7 points.

ENHYPEN has promoted as a six-member act since Heeseung, now known as Evan, left the group in March. Its current lineup consists of Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Ni-ki. The group released its eighth EP, "THE SIN : BLISS," on Aug. 21, marking its first album under the new lineup.

Interest was high as the release offered the first look at how ENHYPEN would reshape its music and performances following the departure. Its MAS score, which measures Korean media attention, reached 97.8 points, the highest among the sub-indexes.

The momentum surrounding the comeback was also reflected in other figures. The domestic Momentum Index (MOM(KR)) stood at 80.6 points, while the Global Momentum Index (MOM(GL)) reached 79.1. Attention surrounding the six-member lineup, the group's musical shift and its strong album and chart performance drove momentum in both markets.

The title track, "Bloody Paradise," is a Brazilian funk song about two lovers who see their bond as a paradise even as they are caught in a cycle of pursuit and escape. ENHYPEN moved away from the darkness that had characterized much of its previous music, placing rougher and more dynamic rhythms at the forefront.

The musical shift was followed by strong album sales. "THE SIN : BLISS" sold 1,774,829 copies on its first day according to Hanteo Chart, and topped the daily album chart.

ENHYPEN has also maintained close contact with fans through its ongoing world tour since the lineup change. Its FHI score, measure of fandom activity and sustainability, reached 76.5 points. The D segment, which reflects interest among audiences outside the core fandom, rose 23 percent. The figures suggest that the lineup change did not significantly weaken the existing fanbase while the new album also attracted broader attention.

Fans' response was visible even before the album's release. ENHYPEN has been holding its new world tour, "BLOOD SAGA," since May. The group premiered "Bloody Paradise" during its Busan concerts on Aug. 8 and 9. By the second show, the audience was already singing along despite the song not having been officially released.

Overseas results supported ENHYPEN's No. 1 position on the Global Power Index. "THE SIN : BLISS" topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 23 countries and regions, including Brazil, Japan, Malaysia and Türkiye, and entered the chart in 41 markets overall. "Bloody Paradise" also reached No. 1 on the iTunes Top Songs chart in 13 countries and charted in 26 markets.

Rather than relying on a familiar formula for its first album as a six-member group, ENHYPEN chose to explore a new genre. Despite the uncertainty surrounding its lineup change, the group generated strong media attention, sustained fan engagement and solid album and chart results at home and abroad, making a promising start to its next chapter.
