TEN Heads "OUTWEST" Today, Opening a New Chapter in His Solo Career

TEN is beginning a new chapter within his solo career with the release of his new single "OUTWEST" on September 4th.

The two-track single will be released across all streaming platforms at 1 p.m KST and marks TEN's first release since co-founding ILLIMNT in July.

"OUTWEST" moves between hip-hop, tech house and R&B, combining multiple genres with a performance-focused approach. Moreover, TEN participated in both writing and composing the track which centers on his desire to continue moving forwards towards new places and experiences.

The accompanying music video builds on the song through dreamlike and mysterious visuals, placing TEN's performance at the center while moving through a variety of settings and images.

The single also includes "IRL," with TEN again credited as both a songwriter and composer. In contrast to the title track, "IRL" carries a brighter and warmer tone and reflects on the people who have supported him throughout the past decade.

TEN oversaw the overall process behind "OUTWEST," making the single his first project to be developed under his new chapter following the establishment of ILLIMNT.

The release also arrives ahead of TEN's first solo U.S. showcase tour. Beginning in Seattle on October 17, the tour will take him to 14 cities across the country, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, New York and more.

TEN will also begin promotions for "OUTWEST" through Korean music shows and additional content following the single's release.
