LE SSERAFIM Heads to the Future for "Made My Night" Performance Film

LE SSERAFIM has taken "Made My Night" to a fictional music show from the future for the song's new performance film.

The group released the performance video for the title track of its second single album "Made My Night" through the HYBE Labels YouTube channel on September 11, shortly after the album's release.

Built around the concept of a futuristic music broadcast, the video opens with a fictional host introducing LE SSERAFIM's comeback before individual screens introduce Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha and Hong Eunchae against a nighttime city backdrop.

Rather than conventional member profiles, each introduction presents their characteristics like stats for characters in a video game. The gaming influence continues through the members' styling, with white outfits paired with accessories including goggles and antenna-like headpieces.

The performance itself matches the brighter, upbeat sound of "Made My Night," while also incorporating a small nod to the group's latest collaboration with Overwatch. At one point in the choreography, the members look toward their wrists as though checking a watch, playing on the game's name.

The performance film arrives after LE SSERAFIM and Overwatch released their jointly produced "Made My Night" music video at midnight on September 11. The video alternates between footage of the five members and animated sequences based on the game's universe.

It marks LE SSERAFIM's second collaboration with Overwatch following their work together around the group's 2023 English digital single Perfect Night."

Made My Night" centers on the excitement of meeting someone special, falling for one another and dancing together. The new single album also includes AEIOU," which approaches love from a more fearless perspective.

"Made My Night" and its performance film were released at 1 p.m. KST on September 11.
