TWS Wraps Up Second Japan Tour, Drawing 71,500 Fans
K-POP boy band TWS has successfully concluded its second Japan tour, drawing an audience of approximately 71,500.
On September 12 and 13, TWS held the finale of the "2026 TWS TOUR '24/7:FOR:YOU' IN JAPAN" at K-Arena Yokohama in Kanagawa. The tour spanned eight shows across three cities, starting at the Fukuoka Convention Center from August 28 to 30 and moving to the World Memorial Hall in Kobe, Hyogo, from September 4 to 6. Most dates were sold out.
Across a three-hour runtime, the group performed more than 22 songs, pairing live vocals with synchronized choreography. In addition to tracks from their second Japanese single "SODA SODA," released last month, the group unveiled unreleased unit performances in Japan for the first time. They also engaged closely with the audience, leading crowd waves and singing "hey!hey!" back and forth with fans during the encore.
"This concert wasn't just our time—it was an experience we built together with 42 (the fandom name)," TWS said during the show. "Thank you for making our days so special. We will repay you with even better performances and great music." The group added, "We will run at full speed until the day we perform at the Tokyo Dome. Our story continues, so please look forward to what's ahead."
Local media also took note of the tour. Oricon News highlighted the stage performances and audience response, while Daily Sports and Sports Hochi focused on the members' ambition to perform at the Tokyo Dome. Sports Nippon published a special commemorative edition titled "TWS Newspaper 2026" to mark the tour.
The tour's success followed strong commercial momentum in the market. "SODA SODA" sold 225,853 copies in its first week according to Oricon, setting a new personal record for the group's local first-week sales. As of August, cumulative shipments surpassed 250,000 copies, earning the release a Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ).
Following the conclusion of their Japan tour, TWS will continue their run across Asia, performing in Macau on September 19 and 20, Bangkok on September 26, Singapore on October 10, and Kaohsiung on October 24.
