LE SSERAFIM Introduces the 'Ending Fairy' to U.S. TV With Jennifer Hudson
LE SSERAFIM brought a familiar piece of K-POP music show culture to U.S. television during their latest appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show.
The group appeared on the American talk show on September 15, performing"Made My Night," the title track from their second single album released on September 11. It marked LE SSERAFIM’s third consecutive year appearing on the program.
At the end of the performance, Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha and Hong Eunchae remained in front of the camera to deliver an "ending fairy" pose, a familiar feature of Korean music shows in which performers receive individual or group close-ups immediately after a stage.
The five members formed hand hearts for the camera before host Jennifer Hudson joined them, making a hand heart of her own. Later on, LE SSERAFIM also spoke with audience members following the performance, discussing the meaning behind their latest single and their upcoming U.S. tour.
“Made My Night" is about spending time with special people and being able to say that they made the night perfect, the members explained, describing the track as carrying positive energy.
The group also teased surprises planned for its upcoming North American concerts, telling audiences to expect"a show that everyone can enjoy."
LE SSERAFIM will begin the U.S. leg of its 2026 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘PUREFLOW’ at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on September 16.
Three days later, the group will perform at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on September 19. LE SSERAFIM is the first K-POP girl group to be invited to perform at the festival.
