82MAJOR Wraps 'Like Fire' Promotions With First Music Show Win

82MAJOR has concluded music show promotions for "Like Fire" after reaching several career highs with its latest release.

The group wrapped up its run on SBS' "Inkigayo" on Sept. 21, three weeks after releasing second single "HEAT."

The album surpassed 150,000 copies in first-week sales, while "Like Fire" reached No. 64 on Melon's Hot 100, the group's highest position on the chart. The track also gave 82MAJOR its first No. 1 on Bugs' real-time chart.

A major milestone came on Sept. 9, when 82MAJOR earned its first music show trophy since debut with "Like Fire" on MBC M's "Show Champion."

During promotions, the group also introduced B-side "wyd?" on television and later released a music video filmed entirely in Hong Kong, showing a more relaxed side than the title track's harder-edged performances.

82MAJOR will next turn to live performances with its sixth solo concert, "82CLUB : out of control," at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul on Oct. 24 and 25. Both shows have sold out.
