JYP Entertainment Donate $433,000 to Support Children's Medical Care in Mexico

JYP Entertainment and founder J.Y. Park have donated 7.5 million Mexican pesos, or approximately $433,000, to support medical treatment for children and teenagers from financially vulnerable families in Mexico.

The donation includes $333,000 from JYP Entertainment and $74,000 personally contributed by Park, totaling $407,000.

The initiative is part of JYP's "Every Dream Matters" social responsibility program and is being carried out with World Vision Mexico and World Vision Korea. The funding will help children diagnosed with serious illnesses receive specialized treatment, surgery, medical devices and cancer care.

The program covers several medical fields, including cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, pediatric oncology and ophthalmology, as well as treatment for rare and congenital conditions.

JYP launched its medical support initiative in 2020 and has since provided approximately $7.4 million across 10 regions, benefiting 4,489 young patients.

Park has also made annual personal donations of $740,000 since 2022 to support medical care and other assistance for children.
