BOYNEXTDOOR Sets Itself Apart on Billboard Top Tours
BOYNEXTDOOR has entered Billboard's Top Tours chart for the first time with its ongoing "KNOCK ON Vol.2" world tour.
According to Billboard's latest Boxscore rankings released Sept. 30, the tour placed at No. 26 after six shows during the tracking period. The concerts generated approximately $5.8 million in ticket revenue and drew 69,300 attendees.
The ranking marks BOYNEXTDOOR's first appearance on Billboard's Top Tours chart across its solo concert tours. The group is also the only K-POP act that debuted within the past five years to appear on the chart so far this year.
"KNOCK ON Vol.2" began at Seoul's KSPO Dome in July and is set to span 38 shows across 24 cities in Asia and North America. Dates in several cities, including Seoul, Busan, Osaka, Chiba, Nagano, Taipei and Hong Kong, have sold out.
BOYNEXTDOOR is simultaneously promoting its first full-length repackage, "HOME: DELUXE," released Sept. 28. The tour will continue in Chiba on Oct. 10 and 11.
