CORTIS Joins BTS With Rare 5-Month Top 3 Run on Melon

CORTIS' "REDRED" has remained in the top three of Melon's monthly chart for five consecutive months.

The title track from the group's second EP ranked at No. 3 on Melon's September monthly chart, released Oct. 1. The song first reached No. 3 in May, climbed to No. 2 in June and held the No. 3 position through July, August and September.

That run makes "REDRED" one of the longest-lasting top-three hits by a K-pop boy group on Melon's monthly chart over the past decade. BTS' "Dynamite," released in 2020, is the only other boy group song during that period to spend at least five months in the top three.

"REDRED" has also maintained a presence on Billboard's global charts. On the latest rankings dated Oct. 3, it placed at No. 198 on the Global 200 and No. 100 on Global Excl. U.S., extending its run on both charts to 22 weeks.

CORTIS will next perform at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix on Oct. 9.
