Red Velvet's WENDY Set for November Solo Comeback After 14 Months

Red Velvet member WENDY is preparing to release new music in November, marking her first solo comeback in approximately 14 months.

Her agency, ASND, confirmed the plans on Oct. 14, saying the upcoming release will introduce a different side of the singer's musical style. An exact release date and further album details have yet to be announced.

The new project will follow WENDY's third EP, "Cerulean Verge," released in September 2025. The six-track album was led by "Sunkiss" and continued her exploration of different sounds as a solo artist.

Since making her solo debut with "Like Water," WENDY has released "Wish You Hell" and "Cerulean Verge," alongside contributing songs to various drama soundtracks.

She also expanded her international activities with her solo world tour, "W:EALIVE," last year.

More recently, WENDY appeared as a special guest at "Disney Hits LIVE!" at Taipei Music Center, performing songs from Disney productions including "Mulan," "Frozen" and "High School Musical."
