ITZY's Chaeryeong Goes 'Lovesick' for Her Solo Debut

ITZY member Chaeryeong will make her solo debut on Nov. 9 with her first EP, "Lovesick," becoming the group's third member to release a solo project.

JYP Entertainment announced the news on Oct. 19, sharing a trailer, tracklist and promotional schedule through ITZY's official social media channels.

The trailer follows Chaeryeong as someone who remains indifferent to almost everything around her, from winning the lottery to unexpected chaos at home. Her routine changes when she unexpectedly falls in love, although the identity of her romantic interest remains a mystery.

"Lovesick" will feature four tracks, including the title song of the same name, "Moonlit Club," "Scent" and "Favorite Reason." Chaeryeong contributed lyrics to the closing track, marking her involvement in the album's songwriting.

The release follows solo projects from fellow ITZY members Yeji and Yuna, making Chaeryeong the third member to pursue solo activities.

Chaeryeong will also host a countdown livestream at 5 p.m. KST on Nov. 9, one hour before "Lovesick" arrives on streaming platforms.
