ALPHA DRIVE ONE Gears Up for Follow-Up Promotions

Rookie K-pop group ALPHA DRIVE ONE (ALD1) is gearing up for follow-up promotions with "Talk to me," a track from its second EP. The song will be released as a digital single on Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. KST.

The group announced the release on Oct. 21 through its official social media accounts, sharing a cinema poster and a series of cinematic images for the song.

"Talk to me" was originally included on the group's second EP, "UNBREAKABLE : 少年BEAST," released on Aug. 24. The track will now receive a separate digital release as ALPHA DRIVE ONE moves into its next round of promotions.

The newly released poster shows the members surrounded by flowing water, creating a dreamy, mysterious atmosphere. Wet-look hairstyles and water-inspired styling give the group a different image from its previous promotional concepts.

The accompanying images shift to a nighttime city setting. Dressed in casual outfits, the members strike understated poses and wear restrained expressions, creating a sense of quiet tension. The urban setting offers a contrast to the dreamlike atmosphere of the poster.

Musically, "Talk to me" is an indie alternative pop track that combines bright synthesizer sounds with an R&B groove. Its ocean-inspired production complements the members' soft vocals, while the lyrics capture the excitement and romance of falling in love.

The release follows a successful debut year for ALPHA DRIVE ONE. Both its debut EP and second EP surpassed one million copies sold, making the group a two-time million seller. "UNBREAKABLE : 少年BEAST" also reached No. 5 on Billboard's World Albums chart dated Oct. 17, marking another milestone in the group's first year.

With "Talk to me," ALPHA DRIVE ONE is set to showcase a different side of its music and performance.

The digital single will be available on major streaming platforms on Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. KST, followed by its music video on Oct. 27, when the group will begin full promotions for the track.
