LE SSERAFIM Adds Another 100 Million-Stream Hit With 'BOOMPALA'

LE SSERAFIM's "BOOMPALA" has surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify, becoming the group's 18th song to reach the milestone.

According to streaming data as of Oct. 25, the track had accumulated 100,038,193 plays, approximately five months after its release on May 22.

"BOOMPALA," the title track of LE SSERAFIM's second studio album, samples the 1990s hit "Macarena," incorporating its familiar melody and elements of its signature arm-crossing choreography.

The song delivers a message about overcoming fear by changing one's perspective, combining playful lyrics with an upbeat sound.

It also reached No. 10 on Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart dated June 6.

LE SSERAFIM now has 18 tracks with more than 100 million Spotify streams, including "ANTIFRAGILE," which has surpassed 700 million, and "Perfect Night" and "CRAZY," both exceeding 500 million.

The milestone comes as the five-member group wraps up the European leg of its "PUREFLOW" tour in Berlin on Oct. 26.

LE SSERAFIM will begin its Asian tour with two concerts in Macao on Nov. 7 and 8, followed by sold-out shows in Taipei on Nov. 14 and 15.
