NCT's Jaehyun to Release New Single '99 Degrees'

NCT's Jaehyun will release a new digital single, "99 Degrees," on July 10 at 6 p.m. KST, SM Entertainment announced on July 3.

The ballad marks Jaehyun's latest solo release and features lyrics and composition by the singer himself. Built around a piano melody that gradually expands into a fuller arrangement, the song concludes with his vocals at the forefront.

According to the agency, "99 Degrees" explores the idea that love can be complete even in its imperfections, using "99 degrees" rather than a full 100 degrees as a metaphor for an incomplete yet meaningful relationship.

The single follows a series of solo releases that have highlighted Jaehyun's musical style, including his first solo album "J" and singles such as "Forever Only," "Unconditional" and "Horizon."

Ahead of the release, Jaehyun will continue his "Mono" fan-con tour with performances in Taipei on July 4 and 5.
