Cube Entertainment Warns Against False Claims Over China Concert Investments

Cube Entertainment has issued a warning over fraudulent claims involving its artists' activities in China, saying some companies have falsely presented themselves as authorized to arrange concerts and solicit investments.

In a statement released on July 3, the agency said it had received reports that certain businesses were misleading Chinese companies by claiming they had approval to organize performances featuring Cube artists, using those claims to attract large-scale investments.

Cube stressed that it has not authorized any such arrangements and urged businesses and partners to exercise caution to avoid financial losses.

The agency also said it would continue taking steps to protect both its artists and its business interests from impersonation and the spread of false information.

Cube warned that anyone found using the company's name or its artists without permission to spread false claims, seek investments or enter into contracts would face legal action. The agency said it would pursue both civil and criminal proceedings against those involved.
