CORTIS' "REDRED" Extends Apple Music Korea No. 1 Streak to 70 Days
CORTIS continues a strong run on streaming platforms as "REDRED" has remained No. 1 on Apple Music Korea's Top 100 chart for 70 consecutive days.
On July 4, the title track from the group's second mini album “GREENGREEN” held onto the top spot on Apple Music's "Top 100: South Korea." The song first reached No. 1 six days after its release on April 26. Since then, it has remained on the No. 1 spot marking the longest-running No.1 by a boy group which has debuted within the past five years according to BIGHIT MUSIC. Furthermore, it has also become the longest-running Korean song at the top of the charts released within this year so far.
The track has also shown global presence as "REDRED" peaked at No. 18 on Apple Music's Global Top 100 on May 6 and has remained on the chart for 69 consecutive days. The agency added that BTS and CORTIS are the only K-POP boy groups to appear on the chart this year so far. Earning 11 music show wins as well, "REDRED" combines distinctive production with performance-driven choreography.
CORTIS is set to embark on its first tour, "2026 CORTIS TOUR PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN," from July through September. The group will also perform at Lollapalooza Chicago on July 31 and Aug. 1 (local time) as this year's only K-pop boy group on the festival lineup, followed by appearances at ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2026 in September and the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2026 in October.
