Seventeen's Dino Unveils Picheolin's First Prerelease Music Video

Seventeen's Dino unveiled the first music video for his alter ego Picheolin on July 15, offering a nostalgic city pop sound ahead of the character's debut EP.

According to Pledis Entertainment, the prerelease track, "No Breakup Is Painless (narr. Lee Moon-sae)," blends retro city pop with piano-driven melodies to capture the lingering emotions of a past relationship. Dino participated in writing and composing the song, while veteran singer Lee Moon-sae opens the track with spoken narration.

The accompanying music video follows Picheolin wandering through Seoul after a breakup, with scenes filmed at familiar locations including Namsan Park and the Han River. Through quiet moments across the city, the video portrays the character confronting heartbreak while complementing the song's reflective mood.

The single has also gained traction overseas, landing on the iTunes Top Songs charts in nine regions, including Japan, the Philippines and Indonesia.

The release serves as the first preview of Picheolin's debut EP, "Gilboard," due Aug. 3. A second prerelease track, "Crazy Crazy," is scheduled for July 22 ahead of the album, which will introduce Picheolin as a fictional producer inspired by everyday stories and Korean culture.
