TXT's Yeonjun Returns to His Pre-Debut Dance Spot
TOMORROW X TOGETHER's Yeonjun returned to the streets where he first chased his dream of becoming a singer.
The group's agency released a performance video for "Ice Cream," the title track of the second EP "NO LABELS: PART 02," on the group's official YouTube channel on July 29 at 11 p.m. KST.
The video was shot on a real city street rather than a studio or set. Neon signs light the background as Yeonjun performs in the early morning hours, giving the clip a different feel from a typical K-pop music video. The unpolished setting, his natural movement, and relaxed styling add to the fresh, breezy mood of the song.
The filming location was Rodeo Street near Seohyeon Station in Bundang district, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province. It is the same neighborhood where Yeonjun trained at a nearby dance academy before his debut and performed on the street with local crews. A clip of him dancing to BTS' "RUN" from that period still circulates among K-pop fans today.
The choice of location gave the "Ice Cream" performance an added layer of meaning. Fans described the moment as moving: the boy who loved to dance on these streets came back to the same spot as a member of a global K-pop group.
