DAWN Returns After Three Years With New Single 'Too Much'
DAWN is set to make his long-awaited return to music with the release of his new digital single "Too Much" on Aug. 7.
The alternative R&B track marks the singer-songwriter's first new release in nearly three years, following his 2023 EP "Narcissus." During his time away from music promotions, DAWN expanded his creative work as a music video director, photographer and visual creator, experiences that have shaped the artistic direction of his upcoming comeback.
Ahead of the release, DAWN shared a pair of teaser photos on Instagram featuring a minimalist black-and-white concept. One image includes a second unidentified figure, hinting at a storyline that has sparked curiosity among fans.
Since launching his solo career with "MONEY" in 2019, DAWN has built a distinctive musical identity through releases including the EPs "DAWNDIDIDAWN" and "Narcissus," as well as singles such as "Stupid Cool" and "Dear My Light." He has earned recognition for his involvement in songwriting and production alongside his performances.
"Too Much" will be released on global streaming platforms at 1 p.m. KST on Aug. 7.
