BTS' 'SWIM' Ranks Among Billboard's Top Global Songs of Summer 2026

BTS' "SWIM" has landed among Billboard's top-performing songs worldwide for summer 2026.

Billboard's Global Songs of the Summer rankings, released Sept. 10, placed the title track from BTS' fifth studio album, "ARIRANG," at No. 2 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 6 on the Global 200. The seasonal rankings are based on streaming and sales activity from more than 200 territories between June 6 and Sept. 12.

"SWIM" spent eight weeks at No. 1 on Global Excl. U.S. during its run and remained in the top five for 23 consecutive weeks. It also topped the Global 200 four times and stayed in the top 10 for 19 weeks.

"ARIRANG" continues its run on the Billboard 200, rising two spots to No. 29 on the chart dated Sept. 12. The album has now remained on the chart for 24 consecutive weeks.

The "SWIM" music video also recently won Best Group Video/International at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards Japan, marking BTS' fourth win in the category.
