LE SSERAFIM Returns With 'Made My Night': "We Want to Make FEARNOT's Nights Special"

LE SSERAFIM released its second single album, "Made My Night," on Sept. 11, returning about four months after its previous release. The two-track single is led by the title song "Made My Night," which captures the excitement of spending an unforgettable night with someone special, while B-side "AEIOU" centers on fearlessly embracing feelings of love.

The music video for "Made My Night," released ahead of the album at midnight, was created in collaboration with global game "Overwatch," marking LE SSERAFIM's second music video collaboration with the franchise following "Perfect Night" in 2023. The group said the new release maintains its trademark confidence while showing a more mature, polished and relaxed side.

The following is a Q&A with LE SSERAFIM regarding "Made My Night," as provided by Source Music.

Q. What was your first impression of the title track "Made My Night"?

LE SSERAFIM: It immediately made us think of our friends. We felt like it was a song we'd want to listen to while spending time with friends or other people we care about. It also has a more mature charm than "Perfect Night," almost like an older-sister version of that song.

Q. How is this release different from your recent albums?

Huh Yunjin: It still has the confidence that has always been part of LE SSERAFIM's music, but I think it shows a more mature side of us. Musically, it's also more understated, so listeners can enjoy it comfortably.

Hong Eunchae: Our previous concepts and music had a much stronger, more intense character, while this time we wanted to create something more polished and relaxed. I think listeners will also be able to feel how much closer the members have become.

Q. Do you have a message for FEARNOT who have been waiting for new music?

LE SSERAFIM: Thanks to FEARNOT waiting for us, we were able to return with a new single relatively soon after our full-length album. Being able to share new music while we're on our world tour also makes this comeback feel like a gift to us. We put a lot of effort into preparing it, so we hope you give it lots of love. We want to make FEARNOT's nights special. Hope we can make your night.
