&TEAM Sets New First-Week Sales Record With 'Mark on Me'
&TEAM has set a new career high in first-week album sales with its second Korean EP, "Mark on Me."
According to Hanteo Chart on Sept. 15, the EP sold 1,357,357 copies during its first week following its Sept. 8 release, taking No. 1 on the weekly album chart.
The total surpasses the 1,222,022 first-week copies recorded by the group's Korean debut album, "Back to Life," last October. "Mark on Me" also topped the global category of Hanteo's World Chart for the same tracking period.
The achievement follows &TEAM's fourth consecutive million-selling release. The six-track EP expands on the group's recurring "wolf DNA" concept through a story centered on love and acceptance, moving across pop, hip-hop, R&B and rock.
&TEAM recently completed its first solo dome concerts at Belluna Dome in Saitama. The group will next bring its "BLAZE THE WAY" tour to Seoul's KSPO Dome for encore concerts on Oct. 3 and 4, where it is set to perform songs from "Mark on Me" on tour for the first time.
