Former Wanna One Member Kim Jae-hwan Confirms October Comeback
Former Wanna One member and solo singer Kim Jae-hwan is returning with new music about six months after his last release.
Kim announced through his official social media accounts on Sept. 16 that his new single album, "Love, From Here," will arrive on Oct. 7.
"Love, From Here" marks his first release since the digital single "I'll Be There" in April. The new album will explore different stages of love from Kim's perspective, from its beginning and existence to what remains after it passes.
The cover image shows Kim sitting alone at a bus stop and gazing into the distance, setting a quiet, wistful tone for the album. Its logo incorporates an X-shaped stitch design representing scattered fragments of memory coming together to form a single point.
Kim participated in writing and composing "I'll Be There" and also played guitar on the track. The song was later included on Billboard's list of "The 25 Best K-Pop Songs of 2026 So Far."
"Love, From Here" will be released on major streaming platforms at 6 p.m. KST on Oct. 7. Kim will then hold his solo concert, "2026 KIM JAE HWAN CONCERT [YEOBACK:餘白]," on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 at Woori WON Banking Hall in Blue Square, Seoul.
