82MAJOR Switches Up the Mood With Laid-Back 'wyd?' Music Video

82MAJOR is showing a more laid-back side in the upcoming music video for "wyd?," a B-side from its latest single, "HEAT."

The group unveiled a teaser for the video through its official social media and YouTube channels on Sept. 15. Filmed entirely in Hong Kong, the clip follows the six members against seaside scenery, greenery and the city's nighttime streets as they swim, hang out and spend time together.

The relaxed visuals offer a contrast to the harder-edged performance style of "Like Fire," the title track from "HEAT." Built around pastel bounce hip-hop, "wyd?" pairs groovy drums and synths with lyrics about casually expressing interest in someone.

Members Seongmo, Seokjoon and Yechan participated in writing and composing the track, with Yechan also contributing to the arrangement.

82MAJOR released "HEAT" on Sept. 1, surpassing 150,000 copies in first-week sales and earning its first music show win with "Like Fire."

The full music video for "wyd?" will be released Sept. 17 at 6 p.m. KST.
