82MAJOR Takes Over Hong Kong in Carefree 'wyd?' Music Video

82MAJOR has released a music video for "wyd?," showing a more relaxed side of the group following promotions for "Like Fire."

Released Sept. 17, the video was filmed entirely in Hong Kong and follows the six members across beaches, mountains and the city's nighttime streets. Scenes of the members swimming, relaxing on a boat and joking around in a car give the video a youthful, travel-film feel.

The visuals offer a contrast to the harder-edged performance style of "Like Fire," the title track from 82MAJOR's second single, "HEAT."

Built around pastel bounce hip-hop, "wyd?" combines groovy drums and synths with lyrics about casually expressing interest in someone. Members Seongmo, Seokjoon and Yechan participated in writing and composing the track, with Yechan also contributing to the arrangement.

"HEAT," released Sept. 1, surpassed 150,000 copies in first-week sales and earned 82MAJOR its first music show win with "Like Fire."

The group will next hold its sixth solo concert, "82CLUB : out of control," at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul on Oct. 24 and 25.
