K-pop group BTS is bringing its world tour to movie theaters in more than 80 countries and regions. The group will screen two upcoming concerts, one in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, on Nov. 21 and another in Jakarta, Indonesia, on Dec. 29.

BTS announced "BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN KAOHSIUNG, JAKARTA: LIVE VIEWING" through the fan platform Weverse on Nov. 2. The event will allow fans around the world to watch the two concerts on the big screen.

The Kaohsiung concert will be shown on approximately 3,300 screens, while the Jakarta show will reach about 2,800 screens. Depending on time differences and local screening arrangements, theaters will either broadcast the concerts live or show recordings within one to two days of the performances.

This is not the first time BTS has brought its "ARIRANG" tour to movie theaters. The group previously offered live viewings of its concerts in Goyang, Busan, Tokyo, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo. The screenings allowed fans who could not attend in person to experience the performances through large theater screens and powerful sound systems.

The Asia leg of the tour begins in Kaohsiung on Nov. 19. BTS will then perform in Bangkok, Thailand; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Singapore; and Jakarta, Indonesia, for a total of 15 shows across five cities.

The Kaohsiung concerts are scheduled for Nov. 19, 21 and 22, while the Jakarta shows will take place on Dec. 26, 27 and 29.

BTS recently wrapped up the South American leg of its tour with three concerts at Morumbi Stadium in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on Oct. 28, 30 and 31. All 14 concerts across five South American cities sold out, drawing a combined audience of 853,000 fans.
