CORTIS Maintains Momentum as Paris Fashion Week Debut Draws Attention
K-POP group CORTIS continues to maintain its presence on both music charts and the global fashion scene following its first appearance at Paris Fashion Week.
According to K-POPIT BOARD, the K-POP analytics index, CORTIS ranked No. 2 in domestic rise on Thursday with a Power Index (PWR_KR) score of 59.9. The group also placed No. 4 on the global ranking with a Power Index (PWR_GL) score of 62.2. The Power Index combines data from music charts, social media activity and news coverage to measure overall momentum.
While CORTIS has remained on the charts with its latest release, the group's recent activities have also drawn attention outside of music. Less than a year after their debut, all five members attended Paris Men's Fashion Week for the first time.
Martin and James attended Saint Laurent's Spring/Summer 2027 menswear show, while Juhoon, Seonghyeon and Keonho appeared at the Dior Men's Spring/Summer 2027 show. The three Dior guests were seated in the front row alongside BTS member Jimin, with photos and videos from the event widely shared on social media.
The appearances marked CORTIS's first participation in Paris Fashion Week since its debut. Invitations from both Saint Laurent and Dior also point to the group's expanding profile beyond music, as luxury brands increasingly look to K-POP artists to connect with younger global audiences. For a group that has been active for less than a year, attending two of the week's most prominent shows reflects its growing visibility internationally.
The group has also continued to perform steadily on the charts. Its second mini album, "GREENGREEN," has spent six consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200 after debuting at No. 3. The title track, "REDRED," remains on Billboard's Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts, while the album has surpassed 2.75 million copies in cumulative sales.
CORTIS is scheduled to begin its first world tour in July and will also perform at Lollapalooza Chicago later this summer.
