TWS Climbs Into Global Top 5 After First Asia Tour Kickoff
TWS is seeing a boost in global momentum following the launch of its first Asia tour, climbing into the Top 5 of the K-POPIT BOARD global rankings after sitting outside the upper tier just a week ago.
According to K-POPIT BOARD, the K-POP analytics index, TWS ranked No. 5 on Wednesday's global rise chart with a Power Index (PWR_GL) score of 55.1. The group had been in the lower half of the Top 10 only days earlier before moving into the Top 5. TWS also ranked No. 4 on the domestic chart with a Power Index (PWR_KR) score of 56.2. The Power Index combines data from music charts, social media activity and news coverage to measure overall momentum.
Beyond the rise chart, TWS ranked No. 2 on this week's Global Momentum chart with a Momentum Global (MOM_GL) score of 60.1. The indicator measures which artists are gaining momentum the fastest each week based on global activity.
The increase comes after TWS successfully launched its first Asia tour, "24/7:FOR:YOU," with two sold-out concerts at Seoul's KSPO DOME on June 27 and 28. More than 18,000 fans attended the shows, while viewers from 45 countries and regions watched through online livestreams.
Over the course of more than three hours, TWS performed 23 songs, including new unit stages that showcased the members' involvement in songwriting, composing, arranging and choreography. The performances quickly became a talking point among fans online.
The group will continue the tour with stops in seven more cities across Asia, including Fukuoka, Bangkok, Singapore and Kaohsiung.
TWS is also preparing to release its second Japanese single, "SODA SODA," on Aug. 4. Recent concept films and photos, featuring the members as workers at a seaside beach shop, have drawn attention ahead of the release.
The group's popularity in Japan has also continued to grow. Its fifth mini album, "NO TRAGEDY," ranked No. 9 on the 2026 Oricon Mid-Year Album Ranking and No. 10 on the Combined Album Ranking. It also placed No. 10 on Billboard Japan's Mid-Year Top Album Sales chart, the highest ranking achieved by a fifth-generation K-POP group on all three charts.
With a sold-out Seoul tour opener, an upcoming run of shows across Asia and a new Japanese release on the way, TWS has carried that momentum into the second half of the year.
