TXT's Yeonjun Sets 2026 Record for Biggest K-Pop Solo First-Week Sales
Yeonjun of TOMORROW X TOGETHER has set a new benchmark for Korean soloists in 2026. His second solo EP, "NO LABELS: PART 02," sold 738,072 copies in its first week, the highest first-week total for any Korean solo artist release this year, according to album sales tracker Hanteo Chart on July 17.
"NO LABELS: PART 02" is the second chapter of a project Yeonjun frames as a direct expression of himself. Its title track, "Ice Cream," describes a cool relationship between two people who are sweet on each other but keep a clear line between them.
The number tops his own previous mark. His first EP, "NO LABELS: PART 01," sold 601,105 copies in its first week. The new record moved more than 660,000 copies on release day alone. Three days of sales were enough to send it to No. 1 on last week's Hanteo weekly album chart, covering July 6 through 12.
"Ice Cream" is also drawing attention for its performance. Yeonjun helped create the choreography, which leans on smooth, easy-looking movement that is harder to copy than it appears. Fans have singled out the "Oh girl, too hot, cool down your heart" section, which they call the "girl too hot" part.
The song is spreading fast on short-form video. As of 10 a.m. KST on July 17, more than 67,000 clips using the "Ice Cream" audio had been posted on TikTok, and the track ranked No. 2 on Instagram's rising audio chart. Members of TOMORROW X TOGETHER have joined the challenge, along with Yeji of ITZY, Dino of SEVENTEEN, Seonghyeon of CORTIS, Momo of TWICE, and Sooin and Ella of MEOVV.
The music video is climbing just as quickly. It passed 10 million views on YouTube around 11:14 a.m. KST on July 13, roughly three days after release, and crossed 20 million views around 8:20 p.m. KST on July 16.
