Dayoung Teams Up With Jay Park for First Collaboration Single

WJSN member Dayoung is set to release her first-ever collaboration single, joining forces with Jay Park for a new project arriving in August.

The pair unveiled the first teaser image through social media on July 28, offering a preview of the upcoming release. Shot in black and white, the vintage-inspired image captures the two artists in relaxed, cinematic moments, hinting at the chemistry fans can expect from their first official collaboration.

Dayoung and Jay Park first shared the stage at the 2025 Melon Music Awards, where she made a surprise appearance during his performance. They reunited earlier this month at Jay Park's Waterbomb stage, with the collaboration teaser following shortly after the performance.

The new single marks Dayoung's first release in about four months since her digital single "What's a Girl to Do." Since making her solo debut, she has taken an active role in songwriting and the overall creative direction of her music, steadily establishing her identity as a solo artist.
